What if you could show up for your terminally ill loved one with the tools to feel balanced, supported, and resilient, all while nurturing yourself?
Between caregiving, household tasks, work, and managing finances, you’re stretched so thin that it feels like there’s no room left for you.
You feel like you should always be available, and taking any time for yourself feels like you’re doing something wrong.
Watching your loved one slowly fade away, piece by piece, has left you feeling emotionally exhausted, and it’s hard to find space to cope with the grief.
You’re being pulled in different directions by multiple doctors, leaving you overwhelmed and adding to the emotional weight of an already uncertain journey.
With personalized strategies, you’ll handle your caregiving duties, household tasks, and other responsibilities with less stress, leaving more room for you to exhale and recharge.
You’ll gain tools to process the grief and exhaustion, helping you find moments of peace and strength, even when the weight of caregiving feels heavy.
We’ll work on letting go of the guilt around self-care, so you can prioritize your own well-being without feeling like you’re neglecting your loved one.
You’ll feel more confident addressing conflicting advice from doctors, making decisions that are right for your loved one’s care.
My coaching is designed to help you through the emotional weight of caregiving for your terminally ill loved one.
I know it’s not easy to care for someone while handling all the other responsibilities that come with life. If you're feeling overwhelmed, unsure of where to start, or confronting shame for needing a break, I can help you find invaluable ways to care for yourself without feeling selfish.
Each session is tailored to your unique circumstances and needs because no two caregiving journeys are the same. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move through the emotional and physical demands of caregiving with more ease and compassion—for both yourself and those you care for.
"Her ability to listen compassionately and deeply, to find the right tools to help you move through your experiences, and the insight she brings are priceless."
After each session, you’ll receive notes and practical action steps that are easy to implement, helping you stay on track and move forward with a clear sense of direction.
You’ll have access to email support between sessions. I’ll respond within 24 hours to help you through any concerns or questions that arise in real time.
Throughout the program, I’ll provide personalized resources—such as worksheets, visualizations, and meditations—designed to help you manage stress, replenish, and find peace in your caregiving journey.
Each week, we’ll have a 30-minute Zoom session where we’ll focus entirely on your needs. These 1-on-1 sessions are personalized to help you feel more supported and capable of managing the demands of caregiving.

That’s why I’m here — to help you find helpful, intentional ways to care for yourself while you care for your loved one. I’ll be with you as you take moments to recharge, regain your strength, and reclaim the care you desperately need.
I get it. Being a caregiver can feel like you're pouring everything into someone else and barely holding on yourself.
I took care of my husband during his journey with young-onset dementia, and I know just how draining it can be, both physically and emotionally.
Let me tell you what I’ve learned on my caregiving journey:
If it seems like therapy or medication might be helpful in addition to or instead of coaching, we can talk about it, and I can provide resources to help you find the right support. This might come up if you feel your progress has stalled with coaching or if symptoms arise that go beyond what coaching can address.
Caregiving is demanding on every level—it can feel lonely, frustrating, and overwhelming. Most support focuses on helping you care for your loved one, but it’s impossible to show up fully if you’re running on empty. This service is about giving you more peace, hope, and clarity, and less worry about whether you’re doing the "right" thing.
Once we identify a goal that feels right for you, we’ll choose small, achievable steps to bring you closer to that goal each time we meet. When you’re already feeling overwhelmed and strapped for time, the last thing you need is a big assignment or extra pressure. Small, consistent shifts can lead to the change you want. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll adjust and find a better approach that works for you. You know yourself best, so your preferences will guide our journey forward.
Coaching is guided by your goals and focuses on moving forward from where you are now toward a future that feels better to you. Coaches don’t diagnose or treat conditions, but you will learn new strategies to manage challenging emotions and feel more capable and empowered.
