My Story

That’s why I’m here now—to help you through the hard days, find space for yourself, and maybe even share a laugh when you need it most because humor is healing.

My goal is to bring peace, light and balance during a difficult time.

I cared for my husband as he faced young-onset dementia, while working, with three kids, and trying to hold it all together.
